Description
The last vacation house rental, Zoya, sleeps four and has under floor heating throughout. This holiday house has a good-sized living-room with a fireplace, comfortable sofa and chairs, with a dining area and kitchen to the side. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a five-ring gas hob with electric oven and refrigerator. French windows open onto a delightful raised terrace overlooking the river. From the living-room a doorway leads down steps to a bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed with en suite bathroom and also now opens off the living room.

Balance (75%) is due one month before arrival date and will be refunded if the booking is cancelled within the following week.
Cancellation 3 weeks before arrival date will earn 50% refund.
Cancellation 2 weeks to 8 days before arrival date will earn 25% refund.
Less than 8 days there will be no refund.
