LOCATION: The property is just a 10 minute drive from South Beach, 15 minutes from MIA (40 minutes from FLL Airport), and has several bars and restaurants within a short walk into the heart of Brickell.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is beautiful covered dining area, and also features a propane BBQ and a 4-person hot tub.
PARKING: Free and metered street parking are available on a first come, first serve basis.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattress, 7 beach towels, free WiFi (75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Games, toys and stair gates provided upon availability.
NOTE: The Rental Agreement applies to this listing. An email with a photo of the credit card used to book the reservation, along with a matching government-issued ID are required after signing the rental agreement.
