Just totally renovated and updated (everything is new) to provide guests the highest level of luxury. A corner unit which has unbelievable large screened lanai area and tremendous views of gulf and waterway. The views of the sunsets are unbelievable while sitting in your comfortable chairs on the large lanai. This unit was updated in a beach type theme that provides a very relaxing atmosphere with all the newest appliances and electronics. The large master bedroom has new king size bed with a beautiful updated master bathroom that will ensure restful nights listening to the waves land on the beach below the unit. The second bedroom offers an area for your guest or children with their own newly updated bathroom. If you want to cook in our new kitchen which has all the new accessories to help you cook that great meal and dine on the lanai while watching the boats and wildlife.
The condo is fully equipped with new HD TV's in all the rooms and will sleep six people. Bed mix is a King, Queen and air bed. The unit has free wi-fi high speed internet and cable TV with a large selection of stations. A private beach and swimming pool will provide the most relaxing get away. Four beach towels are provided with rental. Non Smoking condo
