Welcome to our beautiful beach front house. Enjoy picture perfect views of the Gulf of Mexico from your main living areas. Located on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico waters, in a quiet neighborhood mid-island on Fort Myers Beach. Our backyard is a private sandy beach for you and your guests, with coconut trees for shade to relax under on our lounge chairs. The large deck has outdoor seating and a gas grill; perfect for entertaining guests.
There is a $100.00 fee for cancellation made before 60 days before the arrival date. All cancellations within 60 days of arrival date are subject to a loss unless we are able to re-book the reservation. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
As you enter our property, you are welcomed by a spacious kitchen and family room. The decor is absolutely beautiful, making you feel like you are truly at a beach home. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials of home and has a dining table with seating for 6. Our family room has a brand new couch and love seat, flat screen TV and most importantly, gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom and one guest bedroom have queen size beds, and the third bedroom has two twins. There is also a futon available for extra sleeping accommodations. Our home has two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and tub. Other amenities to make your stay more comfortable include washer and dryer, free WiFi, cable TV , DVD player, phone service, linens and towels, beach chairs, outdoor shower and newly installed A/C system. Our beach home is perfect for your family's beach vacation.
The community of Fort Myers Beach has other fun things for you to do, just a short walk away, including a public pool with water slide, lap and baby pool, a rec/fitness center, playground and the Shellmound House. You are within walking distance to many Fort Myers Beach venues including restaurants, bike rentals and shops, or take the trolley to the FMB Pier and Town Square areas.
What else can you need; make our cozy single family cottage your next vacation spot! Please note, during winter season months (mid December to mid April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday a with one week minimum.
