Our beautifully remodeled 5 bedroom property is located in the much desired Time Square area of Fort Myers Beach. Our famous Fort Myers Beach/Gulf of Mexico waters are only 200 steps away. We are also centrally located to many venues including restaurants (award winning Heavenly Biscuit is right across the street), shops and an ice cream parlor just to name a few but there are many more! Our property is very spacious and perfect for large family vacations, sleeps 10-14. One of our best features of the property is our beautifully landscaped tropical oasis, spend hours relaxing in your private heated pool or lounge on the pool deck in the shade or soaking up the sun. There is outdoor seating and a BBQ (gas) to grill up some food. The outdoor pool area is right outside a mini kitchen, so stock up the drinks and food in the lower level kitchenette that includes a large fridge, microwave and sink. Also in the lower level there is a full bathroom, sitting area with 32" flat screen TV and sofa (sleeper sofa), 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 full size bed). As you walk up the stairs to the main level, you are welcomed by a large great room layout with lots of natural light - lots of windows and wall to wall slider windows to overlook the backyard. There is a brand new, remodeled kitchen with many upgrades. The upgrades include all new appliances, beautifully designed cabinets and finish, granite countertop, large breakfast bar with seating, many small appliances, and the cabinets are stocked with the essentials of home. There is a dining table for seating up to 6. The family room area is furnished with a new sectional sleeper sofa, chairs, a 48" flat screen TV and DVD player. The upper level has a full bathroom, and three bedrooms (two twins and two queen beds). Our home includes other great amenities including, Free wifi, cable, washer/dryer, linens, towels, beach towels and gear. What more can you ask for, make our property your next family vacation spot!
Please note during winter season months (mid December to mid April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday only with a one week minimum.
There is a $100.00 fee for cancellation made before 60 days before the arrival date. All cancellations within 60 days of arrival date are subject to a loss unless we are able to re-book the reservation. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
