This home is perfect for the secluded relaxing getaway or for the family get together. Many family weddings have been preformed on the grounds overlooking the marsh. Also, there are almost 2500 square feet of covered area on the ground level, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The dock is on a tidal creek that flows into the Julienton River. Boating or Kayak trips to the many sand bars or the islands is awaiting your arrival. Many local restaurants, marinas and a golf course are close by while Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge is only a short few miles drive with day trips to Savannah or St. Simons an easy one hour drive away. This home has WiFi, cable TV and resort grade bedding along with all the things you'd need for a very relaxing getaway to the Georgia Coast.
For weddings, reunions, or other large gatherings to be held at this property there will be an additional charge of $750.00 for the rental and an additional $150.00 for the extra clean up. The event charge is in addition to the nightly rental rate.
We will provide up to 6 tables and 48 chairs with white linen table cloths, we will ensure the exterior of the home is manicured and ready for your event.
