We offer a variety of Miami Beach Beachfront Condominium for rent on the beach. This unit is great for large groups! If the unit selected is already reserved by another guest please inquire with us to see what other options are available. Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the heart of Miami Beach, this Oceanfront Condominium Resort known as The Alexander, is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. There are two heated pools and hot tubs. We are also located within minutes from major attractions and night life – less than 2 miles to the center of South Beach. HORA VACATION RENTALS owns as well as manages many of the finest units in this beach resort.
Apartment 518 at The Alexander (5th floor) is an exquisite and unique apartment consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED JANUARY 2018. Two separate balconies with views of the ocean to the east, Miami intracoastal to the west, and million dollar celebrity homes on the bay. Bedroom suite has private expanded bathroom meets ADA standards for wheelchair access and full walk in shower. Guest full bathroom including tub and shower, and 3rd full bathroom with shower. Fully equipped kitchen, double bowl stainless sink, refrigerator freezer, oven, microwave, cookware and serving utensils, a large living room and dining area seats 8 and 12 expanded, king size bed in bedroom one, 2 twins in bedroom two, a queen in bedroom three, and 2 twins in bedroom four. 1 rollaway bed available. Each room has HDTV's.
Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 8 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to maximum of 10 guests. Select number of adults and children and rates will adjust accordingly.

Rental includes complimentary use of fitness center, concierge, bellhop, Wi-Fi, valet parking (fees apply), gift shop, coin operated washer/dryer on each floor, swimming pools, hot tubs, pool towels, lounges and umbrellas at pool. There is a play area and bonus public playground just one block away. Resort offers for additional fees beach chair rentals and water sports. There is a beauty salon and spa located on the 4th floor. Local activities and attractions include water sports, bicycling, sailing, snorkeling, boating, deep sea fishing, parrot jungle, seaquarium, Children’s Museum, Theatre, Historic Art Deco district and so much more. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and minutes from the Miami International Airport, the Port of Miami, Brickell and downtown business district. Golf courses and tennis courts nearby, glamorous night life entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Eden Roc, Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe’s and Aventura Mall all minutes away.

Our properties are situated in one of the most historic areas of Miami Beach known as “Millionaires Row,” and within minutes to the center of South Beach. Many of our units have ocean, beach, and intracoastal city and bay views getting much sun exposure throughout the day. Several of our direct oceanfront suites include expanded balconies overlooking the ocean, suitable for entertaining large groups and for private sunbathing. Miami Beach condo rentals include use of resort facilities, health fitness club, hot tubs, swimming pools, sauna, steam room, chaise lounges, towels, and umbrellas at poolside, and direct access to sandy private beach. There is no need to drive or even cross the street -- our properties are directly on the beach! At each vacation rental property, drinks, snacks, bar and grill are available at poolside. Lounge and restaurant for fine dining at some of our properties, gift shop, room service, massage therapy and beauty salon, concierge, Wi-Fi and optional valet parking are all available.
