There is a great play area for children on our property and a bonus public playground just one block away.
In addition, we are close to some of the most popular attractions in Miami Beach such as water sports, bicycling, sailing, snorkeling, boating, deep sea fishing, parrot jungle, Seaquarium, Children’s Museum, Theatre, Historic Art Deco district and so much more. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and minutes from the Miami International Airport, the Port of Miami, Brickell and downtown business district. Golf courses and tennis courts nearby, glamorous nightlife entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel (where we also have rental properties!), Eden Roc, Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe’s and Aventura Mall. There are so many fun things to do in Miami Beach you won't want to leave!
Disclaimer: Please excuse the appearance of our hallways as we continue to beautify and decorate our property. Our units are furnished beautifully, and outside work being performed to hallways and upper pool deck should not affect your stay. Renovations and beautification of the Alexander is expected to continue during weekdays 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and occasionally on Saturdays with lighter work being done. Our main larger pool is open for use, along with poolside tiki bar, and direct access to the beach. Please check our guest reviews for any concerns you may have.
In the rare event that an unexpected maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is comparable in value with similar amenities to the unit reserved.

We both own and manage apartments of premier quality and facilitate private rentals on behalf of owners. The Alexander, The Fontainebleau Tresor & Sorrento, and The Seacoast in Miami Beach are among Miami Beach's most popular destinations for a relaxing vacation. The Alexander and Fontainebleau are both mixed-use condominiums with the conveniences of having amenities of a resort hotel, along with the benefits of having full private spacious luxurious apartments with fabulous views. Perhaps comparable accommodations in any conventional hotel would equate to a Penthouse Suite!
Our properties are situated in one of the most historic areas of Miami Beach known as “Millionaires Row,” and within minutes to the center of South Beach. Many of our units have ocean, beach, and intracoastal city and bay views getting much sun exposure throughout the day. Several of our direct oceanfront suites include expanded balconies overlooking the ocean, suitable for entertaining large groups and for private sunbathing. Miami Beach condo rentals include use of resort facilities, health fitness club, hot tubs, swimming pools, sauna, steam room, chaise lounges, towels, and umbrellas at poolside, and direct access to sandy private beach. There is no need to drive or even cross the street -- our properties are directly on the beach! At each vacation rental property, drinks, snacks, bar and grill are available at poolside. Lounge and restaurant for fine dining at some of our properties, gift shop, room service, massage therapy and beauty salon, concierge, Wi-Fi and optional valet parking are all available.
The Alexander Condominium is an iconic Miami Beach landmark in a historic district, offering guests and residents the luxury, space, and conveniences of a condominium but with amenities of any fine vacation resort. Upon arrival you will be greeted and inspired by our classical wooden staircase and exquisite chandeliers that define our lobby and entranceway all recently modernized. Enjoy spacious 1,2,3,4, and 5 bedroom suites ranging in size from 900 square feet to 2000 square feet. In our suites enjoy a master bedroom with adjoining en-suite, a private guest bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and a balcony that offers magnificent views. Additionally, we offer private rentals by owner at the Fontainebleau Hotel with 3 different size suites available, a studio-style Jr Suite, a One-Bedroom Suite, and a Two-Bedroom Suite. There are first-class facilities and amenities to enjoy at this glamorous oceanfront resort including such features as an expansive two-story spa and fitness center, an extravagant poolscape with direct access to the white sandy beach, and LIV the Fontainebleau famous night club lounge.
