The oceanfront tri levels have the perfect space to sleep up to 10 people. The ground floor oceanfront efficiencies will sleep up to four people.
Every condo features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and is decorated and furnished with the guests comfort in mind. Enjoy amazing views from your private balcony or patio. Our three private walkways onto the beautiful wide sandy beaches will make access easy for your long strolls or relaxing on the beach. Our oceanfront property also has two heated pools, tennis court, basketball hoop, putting green and shuffleboard to enjoy.

All rentals are subject to a cleaning fee.

Cleaning fees are taxable at 10.5%.
A $40.00 non-refundable reservation processing fee is added to each reservation. The processing fee is taxable at 10.5%.
Your credit card number will be held on file for any damages or additional cleaning fees charged to the condominium upon departure.
Renters are required to provide the Four Winds office a credit card, check or money order for the full rental payment within thirty (30) days of check in.
Note: multiple-month rentals require a one (1) month payment. The subsequent month’s payment(s) is due on or before the 1st of the month.
If the security deposit is secured by a personal check or money order, it will be refunded within thirty (30) days following departure less any portion used to cover the cost of damages or additional cleaning fees incurred by the renter during their stay at the Four Winds.
Cancellation Policy When a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival and Four Winds is unable to re-rent the unit for an equivalent amount of time and comparable rental rate, the advance reservation payment shall be forfeited.
