Rate Notes
Fees:
Cleaning fee: $170
Tax Rate: 11.5%
Notes:
Rate is $ 1,300.00/week based on 4 guests. Christmas and Easter the minimum stay is 2 weeks. Each additional guest will be charged $ 20.00 / night. If children are traveling with you, please provide their age. Children are free up to the age of 12.
Cleaning fee: $ 170.00
Bbq cleaning: $ 50.00 (if necessary)
Refundable Damage Deposit is $500.00
Rental rate includes an average usage of electricity of $40/week. Excess usage will be charged at $0.15/kwh (including 11.5% tax).
If Villa is damaged or left extremely dirty there will be an additional fee retained from the Security Deposit.
