The den has new French doors which open out to the new Flagstone patio, with a fountain and a Stainless Grill.There is new Travertine flooring throughout the home. Bedrooms have carpeting. The second level has a skylight which opens up to a private sundeck for sunbathing, which is located on the 3rd level of the home. This upscale home is decorated with a mix of antiques and store boughts, with soft beautiful ocean colors. The living room has a cozy fireplace with a separate dining room. The den is located off the kitchen with a full bathroom, walk-in pantry, and laundry room.
