Policies
All rates are based on a 4 person occupancy. There is a $20 per additional guest per night fee. Children under 16 stay free. Maximum occupancies are 6 for Ocean-Aire Suite and 8 for Garden Suite. A damage deposit is required as follows; 2-5 night stay $300, 6-15 night stay $500, 16-30 night stay $750, 30+nights stay $1000. Pets are considered, please discuss. There is a $25 per pet per night pet fee. And a pet damage deposit is required.
