The fireplaced 28' x 14' living room is truly a ''great room'' with 3 French doors leading to a 28' x 16' foot veranda overlooking the salt marshes, Monomoy Island, and the sparkling waters of Nantucket Sound. There are 2 decks overlooking well-manicured lawns ideal for games, cookouts, and fun gatherings. Forest Beach is a short walk and the parking is free! There are sand dunes, and the beach winds along the shore for several hundred yards, making for fun walks and chances to get away from everyone. Great spot for a sailing a sunfish or paddling through the inlets. Tennis courts and a playground are within a short walking distance.
