A magnificently crafted, 3-story, 2600 square foot on 1-1/2 acre mountain home, inside of a gated community with all paved roads.
Each level has its own temperature control for comfort. This spacious home features 5-bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, and sleeps 12 in beds.
Enjoy the 1800 sq. ft. deck. Sit around the burn table with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Or soak in the Large 5 person Hot Tub that has been thoughtfully situated to take in the amazing views! The main deck also has a BBQ Grill and plenty of seating.
Just below is a large fire pit to roast s'mores or roast your friends.
The memories of laughter will warm your hearts for a lifetime.
The game room inside on the 1st floor is sure to be a hit. It provides plenty of space and tables for your favorite board game play off. Enjoy the Ping Pong table and watch your favoite movie.
The home features a wheelchair accessible ramp. Once you are on the main deck there is a 4 inch step to get inside the home. This is the main living area with a master bedroom and and a walk in shower. (Inside the home is not wheelchair accessible)
Oconee Ridge sits in a high demand vacation area because of the closeness of popular towns and activities.
Spend the day Hiking the Gorge known as "The Grand Canyon of the East" or the famous Linville Falls.
Experience the Brown Mountain Lights, Tweetsie Railroad, Linville Cavarans, Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, Golfing at Linville Mountain, (Just accross the street), Waterfalls, Tubing, Lake Lure, Biltmore, endless hiking and waterfalls. Most anything you can think of to do is within a 50 mile radius.
ONLY the 12 persons named on the lease are to be on the property at anytime. No one else can just "Stop by".
