We Just added a 16 x16 Yoga/Pilates deck on the side of the mountain. There is a private instructor that offers Wine & Yoga, Sunrise & Yoga, Sunset & Yoga, Mimosa & Yoga and.......... Experience Yoga/Pilates like never before!

We call this property "At The Top" because it is the highest home in the vicinity, overlooking the North Cove township which rises through the continental divide to enter the High Country; well known for it's year-round sports, cultural attractions, outdoor activities and award winning dining.
With a 650 foot driveway and the Pisgah National Forest as your backyard neighbor (yes, this home is secluded with thousand of acres of the Pisgah National Forest bordering the back yard.) you will feel as if you are on the "top of the world" yet just a few minutes to roads leading to hundreds of activities and attractions.
"At The Top" sits in a high demand area because of the closeness of popular activities, such as Tweetsie Railroad, Linville Cavarans, Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, Golfing at Linville Mountain, Waterfalls, tubing, Lake Lure, Biltmore.....
Our community entrance is right off US Hwy 221 and 13 miles from Interstate 40, this Linville Mountain Acres-Linville Falls property is secluded yet easily accessed.

1. ENJOY YOUSELF!
2. ONLY the 12 guests named on the Agreement are to be on the property for ANY reason. Not a party house (Guest of 12 = ALL ages)
3.Copy of Driver License required. Must be 30 yrs old to book There is 1 outside camera for security.
4.The FP is for ambience not to heat home. A tank is supplied. The tank will give 11 hours. If more is desired, there a tank swap at Lowes
5. A firm check out time $50 for each 15 min. WIFI runs on 3g

Cleaned with disinfectant
All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
