The unit is located in a quiet corner of downtown historical Sandusky, minutes to shops and attractions, including water, wildlife, and amusement parks. Newly decorated and furnished! The unit has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a family room, a formal dining room, a kitchen, and private entrance/access to the rear balcony. It offers 3 Smart TVs, a TV in the living room, another one in the dining room and one in the small bedroom, all with YouTube TV subscriptions which offer live TV, on-demand video, and cloud-based DVR from more than 85 television networks. Feel free to also log in to any of your streaming services on our TVs during your stay. The apartment has stainless steel appliances, a water, and ice dispensing refrigerator, garbage disposal, free wifi, and 3 AC units. The spacious deck allows you to enjoy sunset or sunrise.

Pet policy: This is our vacation home, we bring our cats here twice a year. Our cleaning follows AirBnB deep cleaning standards after each pet visit (including ours). No separate pet fees but appreciate if you would leave the crew a tip if you bring pets since they work hard to keep this place clean.
The entrance is on the upper deck/balcony in the back of the house.
You will be given the code on the day of the check-in when the cleaning crew is ready.
Smart keypad is located under the lockbox (you will not need to use the Master Lock). To unlock the door, enter the provided code and then press the "enter" key at the bottom. To lock the door after exiting the house, simply press the "enter" button to lock. The "enter" key is sharped like a half moon. The smart lock is programmed to auto-lock after 1.5 mins once the door is closed if you are unable or forget to lock the door.
One parking space in the back on the right side of the garage door. If you have more than one car, there is plenty of free parking in front of the house in the safe and peaceful neighborhood.
All detergent, softener, and cleaning products used to clean the property are Fragrance-Free and Hypoallergenic.
You are welcome to use any part of the unit besides 2 cabinets that are locked and used for storage.
