Rate Notes
Important notes:
The courtyard cottage is available when the main house is full.
Rental prices are quoted on a self-catering basis and the prices do not include cooking or extra maid service.
Extra maid service can be provided at €8 per hour per maid and a cook at €12 per hour.
All extra cooking or cleaning packages should be arranged in advance of arrival.
Bookings can only be confirmed after we have received a 25% deposit.
There is a Final Day cleaning charge of €250 applicable to all groups.
There is a linen charge of € 250 p/week.
There is a winter fuel charge of €250 p/week, applicable from November to March.
There is an optional Pool Heating charge of €250 (November to May). At least 2 weeks notice required.
