From Tower Lake you can avoid the traffic jams encountered elsewhere such as on the US-192.
Tower Lake Villa is accessed via security gates operated with an electronic code. You will find our villa is very well equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard providing large open plan spaces and hopefully every facility you will need to make your stay a pleasant holiday experience.
Just imagine returning at the end of a hectic day in the theme parks, all you want to do is chill out in a quiet 'home from home' when the children have either gone to bed or are playing in the Games Room, and relax around the illuminated pool with a cool drink watching the sun setting - just imagine!
Tower Lake Villa is built on a corner plot which provides more spacious surroundings than most other villas. It is beautifully furnished to the highest standards and the villa is fully air-conditioned offering unrivalled comfort and amenities.
In this tranquil environment all guests can soon walk down to the Tower Lake with its own Clubhouse and fish from the pier in quiet surroundings. You can be among the first guests to experience the holiday of a lifetime in our villa, of which we are very proud.
For golfers, you will find the wonderful �Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club' (rated 6th best in Florida) next to the community, and a few minutes up the US-27 highway is located the world famous 'Champions Gate' golf complex designed by Greg Norman. There are over 120 superb golf courses within a 40 minutes drive of the villa.
As for local amenities, within 5 minutes drive there are supermarkets: �Walmart' (open 24/7) and �Publix', and fast-food dining: 'McDonalds', 'Burger King', 'Checkers', plus other restaurants and drive thru's, and of course the famous 'Mannys Chophouse'. Further up the road is the new 'Heart of Florida Hospital' and the new $500m Shopping and Leisure Development 'Posner Park' which is being built with designer shops, restaurants for every taste, leisure facilities, cinemas etc.
