This amazing four-bedroom home greets you with generous ceiling heights that provides an ambiance of elegance. The main living area utilizes an open floor plan to maximize space and create a dynamic entertainment area. The kitchen is finely appointed with a large granite island and stainless-steel appliances. The open floor plan flows seamlessly into the main living room, dining room area, or into the generously sized backyard. The dining table will seat eight people comfortably. There is also a breakfast bar with four bar stools. The patio is well-suited for outside dining and is perfect for having guests over as it includes a gas grill, covered porch, and a large fenced in backyard space. Be sure to take advantage of the 6-seater golf cart and four adult-size bikes for exploring the Emerald Coast. Beach chairs and water toys are housed in the garage for your use. After a day of fun and sun there are four bedrooms each complete with their own full bath. Each bathroom is finely appointed with granite countertops and high-end finishes. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV.
