Newly remodeled, Chic Retreat is located in Port of Call, a quaint community of beach houses with approximately half a block stroll to the beach. Chic Retreat is convenient to shopping and is within walking distance to many restaurants – Pompano Joe’s, Kenny D’s, Captain Daves and Whales Tail. This elegant home has many new upgrades with beach motif.
LIVING ROOM: Oversized sleeper sofa, recliner, equipped with a 60” flat screen Smart TV mounted above the electric fireplace, with upgraded cable TV package.
DINING ROOM: Dining table seats 6 and seating for 3 at the bar.
KITCHEN – FULLY FURNISHED: New appliances, full size refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, counter-top small appliances (coffee pot (drip and Keurig, toaster, blender, crock pot), silverware/knives, pots/pans & baking sheets/pans. Everything you need to cook fabulous meals and enjoy privacy in your home away from home.
MASTER BEDROOM: Large bedroom with KING bed, 50” flat screen Smart TV with upgraded cable package, dresser, nightstand, two lamps, ceiling fan, and private en-suite bath. The floor plan boasts a split bedroom design for plenty of privacy.
MASTER BATH: His and hers vanity, jet tub, walk-in shower.
BEDROOM #2: Full bed, 42” flat screen Smart TV with upgraded cable package, a bedside table and nightstand, 2 lamps, and ceiling fan.
BEDROOM #3: Two twin bunk beds, 32” flat screen TV with upgraded cable package, 2 nightstands, and ceiling fan. Great for the kids.
BATHROOM #2: Tiled walk-in shower.
LAUNDRY: Full size washer and dryer.
INTERNET: Free high-speed wireless internet for added convenience.
OUTDOOR PATIO: Brand new Polywood Adirondack furniture. The patio is an awesome spot to sit and unwind. Enjoy sunning during the day and a firepit in the evenings. The pool is just outside the front door and has plenty of poolside seating, including shaded seating.
GARAGE: Oversized garage to house a 6-seater golf cart (lithium batteries – longer charge) for use during your stay. Corn Hole and a dart board are in the garage for added entertainment. Chic Retreat will accommodate up to four cars.
Walk outside the front door and to the left is a gorgeous oasis of a pool including a fountain. To the right take a short stroll or golf cart ride to the beautiful sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico for sun and fun.
