Looking for an affordable well care for two bedrooms close to the beach, well we have just what you are looking for: Welcome to our new main level recently redone two-family Beach House.
The space
We offer an idea location, no need to carry your beach items, you are just steps from the Boardwalk/Ocean, just a 1-minute walk (or 10 second run). Carrying all those beach items will now be a distance memory and should you need to go back for that emergency, it nice to know it is all doable.
It small (about 350 sq. ft), but ideal for a family of four or 2 couples. No need to force your family in a one-bedroom, for basically the same rental amount you will have the luxury of each having their own private bedroom. Come and enjoy our recently redone 2-bedroom beach house, tile floors throughout, new updated full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cable TV with premium channels, Wi-Fi, 50 Inch smart flat screen TV in Living room and each bedroom has its own 30-inch TV, (just in case you wish to watch your own show). For the outdoors you have your own private area with propane grill and picnic table. Ten times better than the local Hotel/Motels or existing one bedroom’s

Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.

Rental is based on the acceptance of our standard short-term rental agreement.
Security Deposit is held by us via a credit card.
