We took a great location and a nasty home and converted it to a dream home, we offer:
A beautiful 2,000 plus sq. ft.
Large- kitchen with Quartz countertop, All stainless-steel appliances, dishwasher
Open Dining room Living room concept.
All of our mattresses are memory foam, assuring you the best night's sleep. Our memory foam mattresses are all naturally antimicrobial and resistant to allergens, mold, bacteria and dust mites. Our mattress will cradle your body and relieve pressure points, so you wake up well rested.
Two level home with two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs.
Central Air Conditioner
Large walk-in rain shower
Soaking tub to relieve those sunburn days
Full Bed linen and comforter provides
Up to 8 Beach passes for all the required register guest
Wi-Fi included as well as Premium channels
Both a front and back private deck to enjoy people watching or just a quiet reading time.

The complete home is design for you; no one above you or below you.
However, there does exist a beach house in the rear of the property that is also available for summer rentals. To ensure highest level of privacy, each guest has their own private space, propane grill and picnic table.
Other things to note
Please keep your furry friends at home and enjoy your cigarettes outside.
Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.
Holidays slightly higher.
Rental is based on the acceptance of our standard short-term rental agreement.
Security Deposit is held by us via a credit card.
