We required all guest to acceptance our standard rental agreement that outlines homes rules.
We pride ourselves in not asking for an upfront Security Deposit. We use your credit card (much like the Hotels do) AND NO ACTUAL CHARGES WILL BE NEEDED UP FRONT your “Credit Line” is a guarantee against the security deposit. We are in effect giving you upon arrive over $500 of goods such as beach badges and a placard to park anywhere, etc.
