Additional rules:-
1. Guest should do their dishes and clean up garbage in thier rooms.
2. No outdoor shoes allowed, except for indoor sandals. Shoe racks provided for outdoor shoes.
3. Unnecessary/ inappropriate loud noise is not welcome, which will lead to termination of your stay without refund.
4. Undeclared guest not on your itenary are welcome ONLY if the MAXIMUM single room occupancy of Two is NOT exceeded at anytime AND you are willing to pay $50 for every new additional guest beyond the number listed on your itenary.
5. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy stipulated on your itinerary. Babies or todlers are not allowed in as their noise could disturb other guest in this area.
6. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if do Not follow COVID 19 HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS.
7. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if ANY HARASSMENT and PHYSICAL ALTERCATION is reported via others tenants or caught on camera in the common areas
8. You are at your own risk when willingly entering other guest bedrooms. Not advised.
9. Guest staying more than a week will get access to the laundry room.
10. ANY TYPE OF Smoking OR vapor is allowed in the side alley NEVER INSIDE the room. Cigarette butts needs to go in the provided ashtray.
11. No solicitating and administering or usage of any unprescribed Narcotics inside or around our property. If any of this is perceived or seen, we will terminate your stay immediately.
