Work desk for business travelers and master bathroom has a jacuzzi. There is pack&play, high chair and a walker for guest with small children. There are some toys to entertain small guests.

No more than 10 occupants, no house parties/big gatherings, no drugs. Must observe neighborhood quiet time after 10 p.m. (11 p.m. on the weekends). Don't park on any neighbors spaces/driveways. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in extra charges/termination of your stay with no refund.
