No loud groups that would use voices loud enough for neighboring condos to hear. Please sign and return rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
Booking party of 25 years or older must be present at check-in. Read all rules at www.indigo-perdidokey.com/rules-regs/
Cleaning practices:-
Cleaned with disinfectant
Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
Policies
100% refund for cancellations with 60 days or more notice.
50% refund for cancellations with 30 days to 60 days notice.
Refunds are made, less credit card processing fees.
Full refund, or daily proration, if your reserved week is interrupted or cancelled due to a hurricane hitting our area.
We always do our best to work with reservation holders, even when a cancellation is with short notice. Please call us at 850-982-9777 if you want to discuss how this works.
