100% refund for cancellations with 60 days or more notice.
50% refund for cancellations with 30 days to 60 days notice.
Refunds are made, less credit card processing fees.
Full refund, or daily proration, if your reserved week is interrupted or cancelled due to a hurricane hitting our area.

We are a local family living on a nearby farm in Lillian, Alabama, approximately 20 to 25 minutes from Perdido Key. We are well established and our reputation is second to none.
We are always available if assistance is needed.
We meet our guests in person on arrival day.
