Fishing is a paradise not just bass and bream from the dock, but many other known lakes: Lochloosa, Newnan's, and Orange plus Rodman reservoir. This small quaint home is for couples or small families. Nearby or within 20-50 minutes are Ocala, Gainesville, Melbourne, Palatka, Middleburg and Fleming Island.
Plenty of golf and tennis in Gainesville and Ocala, there is a golf course in Palatka.
