Step off the covered patio and feel the white sand between your toes. Our beach is private, as each owner owns the property to the waterline.
The townhome is family owned and professionally decorated. This is not a high rise. The front door is ground level with private parking. There are no units above you. We are located on the West end of the beach and are approximately 20 minutes to downtown Panama City and 25 minutes to Destin.
The full kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. High-Speed Internet, WiFi, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime are provided, along with our beautiful white sand beach and breathtaking sunsets. Let the sound of the surf lull you to sleep each night.
Golf courses and tennis courts are moments away. Pier Park, Highway 30-A, Seaside, and Destin are located nearby. Features include shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
You must be 25 years old to rent from us, and we do not allow smoking or pets.

Policies
RULES
Sidewalks must be clean and clear of all obstacles, bikes, etc., and car bumpers.
Personal property must be stored in the unit. All chairs, umbrellas, tents, etc., shall be placed on the beach side of the unit only.
No laundry, clotheslines, rugs, or mops will be hung or shaken from windows or decks. No garbage cans, boxes, etc. shall be exposed to the common area or beach except swimwear, towels, and beach gear.
No dirt, trash, boxes, or other debris may be swept onto the walkways, drive/parking area, beach, or outside of the unit, except for sand.
Refuse, garbage, and trash must be bagged and deposited in the dumpster provided. For safety reasons, children are not allowed to use the dumpster.
No boats, trailers, mobile homes, or recreational vehicles, that take up more than one parking space may be left in the parking area without prior approval in writing from a board member who has no share or ownership of the boat, trailer, mobile home, or recreational vehicle. The violator's car will be towed at the owner's expense.
There will be no barbeque grills on the beachside decks or balconies. FIRE HAZARD!!! Grilling is to be on the street side only.
Excessive noise is not permitted from the unit, including but not limited to stereo TV, radio, electronic devices, or animals. Volumes must be turned down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. With outside activity during late hours, consideration should be used for those reading, resting, or sleeping.
No radio, TV antenna, or other wiring installation shall be installed unless the Board approves.
No signs, advertisements, notices, or another lettering shall be placed outside any part of the townhouse units or grounds.
Parking-each unit has a designated numbered parking space. There is ample parking for guests on the roadside of the parking lot. Do not block designated areas.
No pets are allowed to run loose on the premises of Pirate Cove Villas. Pet owners must clean up after their pets. Bay County Ordinance prohibits pets on the beach.
