The first master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The
second owner’s suite is located at the back of the home and has access
to the pool through sliding patio doors. Bedrooms two and three are on
the other side of the house and are split by the third full bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for food storage/preparation and cooking.
The family room has a comfortable seating, large screen TV and views to the pool and lake..
There is a screened in swimming pool with plenty of deck space for
everyone to enjoy. Enjoy sun filled days splashing in the pool
overlooking a a tranquil lake. For your convenience there are
2-loungers, 2-chairs, an 8-person picnic table and a 4-person high top
table. Having a cocktail when the sunsets over the lake will be a most memorable experience.You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. The pool is South facing so sun all day.
For familiy entertainment there is a games room with pool table and table football. Start preparing now those family competitions.

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.
All of the villas we list on Florida Rentals have been personally vetted by us and we can assure you that they all have luxury furnishings and are in a great locations on some of Orlando's best resorts.
