This cozy little space has everything you are looking for in a get away. We are close to Historic Downtown Folsom, Bike Trails, Restaurants, Folsom Lake and so much more. We can also offer that special touch to your getaway with many extras.

The space
Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway, or a fun filled adventure, this is the place. Our place is close to everything, Historic downtown, foothill hikes, mountain and paved bike trails, Natomas and Folsom lake, shopping, restaurants, bars and so much more.
Beds provided: Full Captains bed. If additional room is needed please contact owner for options.
Guest access
You have your own private entrance. Your mini kitchen is complete with a mini fridge, toaster and coffee maker. Short-term guest Breakfast will be served either outside or in the dining area when host are home. Long term guest will have breakfast item for beginning of stay. Main house is closed, unless arranged with owners. The sauna in your area my occasionally be used by owners upon request and scheduled. During the summer the half toilet his occasionally used again scheduled.
During your stay
We can interact as much or as little as you like. We can arrange for fee-based extras to be added to your stay. Personal training-workout-yoga or Pilates, bike tour, paddle boarding-guided, downtown happy hour tour, evening appetizers with wine pairing or full dinner can be prepared.
Other things to note
Dogs can be added for an additional fee, but MUST be friendly with other dogs. Unruly dogs will be asked to leave immediately. We have 2 well behaved friendly dogs on the property. (Fee based) Dog walking or care while you’re away can be arranged, and daily or weekly cleaning service. Long term guest-$35 room cleaning monthly required.

We bought this property several years ago because of its peaceful forest location. We really didn't realize what a find we had until we settled in. The Tall Tree Lodge is truly "close to everything but away from it all." We love to share our cabin with others and find our guests to be awesome. Our philosophy is that if you are kind to your guests and take great care of them, they will love and respect your home. We welcome you to make it your Home Away From Home as well.
Furry Friends Are Welcome
Ollie Ru and Soula all love to share the great outdoors with fellow furry friends. There is a slight charge for the use of their space and special items. The pet fee includes but is not limited to, the use of an extra large dog bed, crate, toys, and water bowls. They will even leave some treats and leashes for your use. They just ask that you pick up after your pup and leave the property poop free. Oh and they are not allowed on the furniture, so they ask that no others dogs be allowed there either.

We have enjoyed many years at the Tall Tree Lodge. We loved as little ones to climb on the rocks, walk to the beach, ski the hills, and so much more. As we have grown up here, we now enjoy the freedom to explore even more. Make sure you hit the beaches and Stateline-so much fun!
