The Villa has a refurbished and fully equipped open plan kitchen, large sitting room/dining area (cable TV/DVD player and comfortable furnishings) and there is direct access via patio doors to a terracotta tiled terrace with a table and chairs, BBQ, sun loungers and private boat mooring. Downstairs cloakroom with washing machine. Upstairs, the Master Bedroom (with balcony overlooking the water) and second Bedroom both have there own en-suite bathrooms.
