The living room is large and bright and features a flat panel TV and comfortable furnishings which include sofa (which is also a queen sleeper), loveseat, and two statement chairs near the large living room window that offers the most incredible ocean view from the comfort and convenience of your living room. If the view from the window doesn't take your breath away (which we know it will), step outside onto the oceanfront balcony where you will enjoy endless coastline view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The spacious master bedroom offers a king size bed, small cable tv, large closet space and private en suite bath with double vanity sinks with beautiful stone tops, gorgeous glass-enclosed walk in shower and separate soaking tub. Guests of the master bedroom enjoy ocean views through the large window overlooking the lushly landscaped courtyard and out to the ocean.
The guest bedroom is located across the condo and offers a king bed, small cable tv, large closet just off the hall, and balcony access (balcony is shared with living room) to enjoy the ocean breeze and breathtaking views. The balcony offers seating for 4 - be sure to enjoy morning coffee and evening golden hour every day! The guest bath is located in the hallway just outside of the guest bedroom and has ample vanity space with beautiful stone vanity top and a large glass-enclosed walk in shower with rain shower head.
The renovation of this condo was truly top of the line and made for an incredible experience for guests to enjoy!
Hampton Place is a beautiful complex that offers an oceanfront pool (with bathrooms), children's pool, hot tub, a covered gazebo area and a large sun deck. Take the boardwalk down to the beach with showers to rinse off with for your convenience. The building is elevated from the ground offering guests underground parking. Recently the Hampton Complex just added an indoor fitness room along with an expansion of the deck for more sun room!
The pool is heated from March 15 to April 30 and October 15 to November 30. The spa is heated year round.
The condo has free high-speed Wifi!
