Cleaning Protocol
Island Winds West 470 is a three bedroom, two bath condo with limited views of the Gulf from the 4th floor.
• Access to balcony from the living room.
• Living area is tiled and all three bedrooms have carpet.
• Fully equipped and updated kitchen, dining room table that seats six, with four additional bar stools.
• Washer and Dryer in unit
• Living room has a sofa sleeper and a flat screen TV.
• Master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen TV.
• Second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on the top and a double on bottom with a twin trundle with a flat screen tv.
• Third bedroom has a queen size bed with a flat screen TV and a couch.
• Wireless internet access is provided.
• Amenities include: Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, DVD, Elevator, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Kiddie Pool, Outdoor Pool, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, TV, Vending Machine, Washer/Dryer
• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!
• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guest is required to purchase parking passes at Island Winds East front desk. $25/pass with a limit of two passes.
