Enjoy swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding and scenic sunsets. Downtown Boyne City is only an 8 minute drive! Where during the summer months you can experience 'Stroll the Streets' every Friday night. For your dining pleasure...there are great restaurants like Cafe Sante', Red Mesa or the Lake Street Pub, among others. Plenty of quaint shops for those who may want to take home a few treasures. Only a 15 minute drive to Boyne Mountain for golfing, skiing and snowboarding. Boyne Mountain also features Avalanche Bay Water Park. There are a variety of activities in our area that should accommodate everyone in your group!

What makes this Cottage unique
When we purchased this cottage...we fell in love with the high ceilings, quiet setting and its location - having access to the lake didn't hurt either. The home had been vacant for quite some time and we had fun restoring it back to life!
