Great open floor plan with tile flooring throughout, granite countertops and Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, seating for 4 at the bar and dining room with seating for 6 which opens up to the living room. The three bedrooms allow plenty of room for a large family. Large Flat Screen TV with Wifi and cable in the living room and couch with a sleeper sofa. You will love to sit on this shaded balcony and enjoy your coffee and the sea breeze. The outside stairs leading to the area below the house is shaded, with an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand from a day at the beach, a picnic table and propane grill, great for entertaining or for outdoor meals. This house is centrally located to downtown and has a 15-minute walking distance or a fun golf cart ride to the beach.
