Welcome to The Fire Escape, your home away from home in Port Aransas, Texas! This lovely home is located in the exclusive Village Walk neighborhood, and allows you to enjoy all that Port A has to offer while staying in a relaxing environment. You're only steps away from your choice of two shared pools (heated during the fall) with landscaped breezeways along the way. Cruise around town in the free golf cart with house.
The Fire Escape is new to the market and offers a clean, comfortable vacation home, fully stocked from top to bottom including kitchen appliances, beds and furnishings. When you are not on the town enjoy the flat screen TV's in every bedroom and/or living room.
Located on the first floor is the spacious living bedroom with a full size bath. This room can accommodate 5 with a queen size bed and twin over full bunk bed. Enjoy the living space with a sofa and flat screen TV. There is a kitchenette fully equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Three bedrooms located on the second level of The Fire Escape can accommodate 7. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with a full size bath. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed. The second bath on this floor is shared with the two guest bedrooms.
The third level houses the main living area and fully stocked kitchen. The living room sofa converts to a sleeper/lounge for that extra or unexpected guest. The dining area seats 14 comfortably. The powder bath is located on this level.
Walk out onto The Fire Escape's private balcony that provides Ocean Views and soak up the Salty Breezes.
There is parking for 4 medium sized vehicles; the property manager will provide Parking Passes upon your arrival. No Boats or Trailers are allowed on Village Walk property.

1) 4 paved parking spaces including golf cart parking
2) Parking Tags will be provided by SSVR. All tags must be returned to SSVR upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other VW Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
