The unit's large balcony offers a premier view of not only the Gulf of Mexico, but also The Dawn's tranquil lagoon-style pool with its palm trees and cascading waterfalls. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and has a connected bathroom. Unit-wide high-speed Wifi is included, with download speeds rated at over 80 Mbs! The living area features a queen sleeper sofa and is equipped with a 4K flat-screen smart TV with a voice search remote, Comcast Xfinity, and HBO. A washer/dryer is also included in the unit for your convenience. The kitchen area is updated with granite countertops and offers a Keurig Coffee Maker for the discerning coffee drinker.
THE DAWN COMMUNITY
The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, The Dawn Condominiums can't be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds. The Dawn Condominiums feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking.
All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, and front-facing units offer unobstructed Gulf views! The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. Ask a Ryson Vacation Planner to find a unit with the view of your choice.
Walk to shopping, restaurants, ice cream, fishing and the beach. Guests could easily park their vehicle upon arrival and never drive again until check-out. The Dawn is walking distance to Walmart, McDonald's, Pit Stop BBQ, Papa John's, Jimmy John's, Sonic, Golden Corral, Happy Buddha, Waffle House, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Frios Gourmet Pops & Island Froyo, Rita's Italian Ice, Seawall Souvenirs, Valero Corner Store, Babe's Beach and the world's longest continuous sidewalk, Seawall Boulevard.
Babe's Beach, complete with lifeguards and chair and umbrella rentals, is directly across the street from The Dawn! Babe's Beach is named after A.R. “Babe” Schwartz. As a state senator, Babe championed open beaches and environmental stewardship.
For those who love saltwater fishing, head over to the longest fishing pier in Texas, Galveston Fishing Pier – open 24 hours a day. NOTES
All reservations at The Dawn Condominiums require a $30 parking fee per vehicle (two max). The Dawn does not allow boats, RV's or trailers to be parked on-premises. The Dawn requires this fee be paid directly to The Dawn HOA at their front office upon arrival.
When registering at The Dawn guests will receive their pool/gym bands (up to 6 for a one-bedroom and up to 8 for a two-bedroom) and access codes for parking gates, walk-through gates and for the fitness center. Pool/gym bands should be returned to The Dawn prior to departure.
Guests with limited mobility should consider parking and possible stairs to access unit, as The Dawn does not have elevators. A Ryson Vacation Planner would be happy to go over the location and access of specific units.
The Dawn does not allow pets.
