Lavishly remodeled and facing the ocean, this well designed 2 bedroom is much more than a view. The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a unique unpolished granite counter top. The floor length windows of the living area provide the ultimate beach view from Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Area. There is a small breakfast table located close to the windows for morning views, if the patio is too warm for comfort.
Very large yet cozy, the Master suite has a King sized bed, a comfortable small chair, 40” flat screen TV with connected Blu-Ray player and a full sized closet. The private master bathroom has a gorgeous granite counter top with a single sink and a tiled walk in shower. The built in seat and shelves for personal items make this room very accommodating for any guest.
The Guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen sized bed, a mounted 36” flat screen TV, DVD player, and plenty of furnishings for your convenience! Even with all this, this room is still quite spacious! Attached is the second bathroom that has a gorgeous, walk in shower with sliding glass doors. There is a built in seat and plenty of shelving for any toiletries.
A three night minimum is required on reservations during Sandpiper holidays. The following are considered holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Texas SandFest, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
