Description
The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 101 is a stunning 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom condo facing the Gulf of Mexico. Recently remodeled with new furnishings and lovely yet modern décor, this condo is extravagantly put together. Conveniently located on the 1st floor, this unit is relatively close to everything this property has to offer; the sun deck on the 2nd floor, pool area and boardwalk to take you right to the beach. This particular 3 bedroom condo has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious vacation to the small beach town of Port Aransas.
The design of this beachfront condo is so elegant and inviting. Right as you step in, a small built-in bench awaits your belongings, along with hooks to hang your hats. From the entry way, the hallway takes you to each bedroom and out to the kitchen and living area. All living room furnishings are comfortable and cozy, accompanied by a 40” flat screen TV and DVD player for night time entertainment. The patio attached to the living area has a tall table along with 4 tall chairs for comfortable viewing of the ocean.
In the master suite, there is a small desk for any work that needs to get done, along with a separate comfortable chair for reading. The King size bed is comfortable with a 26” flat screen located on the dresser for comfortable viewing. Unique to this suite, is the private master balcony facing the ocean where you and your partner can sit with some quiet time away from the group. The master bathroom, also private, has a walk-in tiled shower along with a marvelous black granite counter top with plenty of space for two.
The second and third bedrooms are as impressive as the rest of this condo, with pleasantly comfortable bedding arrangements. The second bedroom has two Twins while the third bedroom has an inviting Queen sized bed and each room having its' own 22” flat screen TV. Connected to both of these rooms is the third balcony of this unit that is overlooking the pool area. Private from the front walkways, this added lush sets each guest of yours in a relaxed
state of mind. There is a second bathroom for these two bedrooms in the hallway that consists of a full sized bath tub and a single sink granite counter top.
A three night minimum is required on reservations during Sandpiper holidays. The following are considered holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Texas Sandfest, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
