Gracious covered porches run the length of the home on both the ocean front side and the other side. Summer Place has plenty of outdoor space and a large landscaped lot with grilling area, picnic table and hot and cold water outdoor shower.
Covered parking and plenty of storage for your bike, kayak, surfboard, and fishing equipment.
Unit 11A, the upstairs unit, has a king in the master, a king in the second bedroom, twin bunks in the third bedroom and a twin and double in the sleeping loft. You have ocean views from most of the rooms in the house.
Each of the king bedrooms has an attached deck. An observation deck with panoramic view of the south end of the island is off the sleeping loft.
Unit 11B is the lower level of the property. It has a king in the first bedroom, a king in the second bedroom, two double beds in the third bedroom and a king in the 4th bedroom. There are 3 baths. Each king bedroom has access to a covered porch.
