It is our goal to ensure that our guests are confident in the cleanliness and safety of their property. As such, we've developed updated cleaning and safety protocols that meet and often exceed the World Health Organization and CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing each property between stays. Below are just a few ways we are focusing on guest safety.
-Hospital-grade property cleaning by professionally trained staff.
-Extensive staff training around handwashing, social distancing, temperature checks, and PPE use.
-Fifty-four hour (2 day+) gaps between each guest
-Professionally laundered linens by a commercial laundry facility. This ensures that linens receive the right treatment, at the right temperature for the right amount of time. This cannot be achieved by using a residential washer and dryer.
-Remote key pick-up service to minimize person-to-person contact.
-We use Virex II 256 on surfaces throughout our properties with a focus on high-touch surfaces. This solution is used in hospitals across the country to kill most harmful bacteria and viruses.

Property Description:
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation condo is located in Old Town Winter Park, Colorado- just steps from the Winter Park Resort. In the master bedroom there is a queen bed, private bathroom and a wood burning fireplace. Off of the master bedroom there is a private deck with a spiral staircase that provides access to the living room's deck. The additional bedroom, located on the first floor, has two twin beds. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, a queen bed from the pull out couch (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ADULTS TO SLEEP ON) , and a roll away bed in the closet. This unit has a full kitchen with simple appliances. There is an older and VERY SMALL TV in the master bedroom and a small flat screen TV in the living room. This unit is nicely located right on the river, so when you come home from a day of mountain fun, you will see and hear the calming river from the front door.
