Attractively decorated and immaculately maintained condo combines the charm of the old (high ceilings, tall windows, crown molding, and deep surbases) with the efficiency and convenience of the new (completely remodeled kitchen with tile floor and tile bath, porcelain tub with shower). OCEAN VIEWS available from their sizeable screen porch with table and four chairs for eating out, the kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, electric coffee maker and coffee bean grinder. Outdoor shower w/ hot & cold water, shared washer & dryer, free Wi-Fi, and parking for one car and an extra permit for parking in a non-metered city spot. Additional amenities include few baby items, 4 beach chairs, and sand toys, Blue Ray player, radio sound System with CD player and streaming capability, games, books, videos, and magazines for those rainy days.
Even though we are ocean block and on the main level our condo is quiet, in a family-friendly area, tax-free boutiques, restaurants, and plenty of bike rental shops, and Fun Land. You can park your car and never use it the whole week, unless, of course, you want to shop at the many excellent, tax-free Tanger Outlets on Rt. 1 approx. 5 miles from the condo.
