Enjoy direct views of the World Famous “Island Fairway” on Baywood Greens 14th Hole! Located a five-minute walk from the award winning Baywood Greens Restaurant, this spectacular 2-story townhome features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private den with sleeper sofa and a second-floor porch overlooking the golf course. Take a short golf car ride to the Pro Shop, tennis/pickleball court, guarded swimming pool or fitness center. Bridal parties can enjoy the close proximity to their wedding celebration at the Clubhouse. Boat slips, golf car, stand-up paddleboard and kayak rentals are all nearby and available. It is a short drive to the ever popular Paradise Grill at Pot-Nets (10 minutes), the tax-free Tanger Outlet Centers (15 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (20 minutes).
We have a 2-night minimum stay. Check IN is at 4pm, and Check OUT is at 10am.
Stay with us for 7 nights and receive 2 free rounds of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course (Monday through Thursday, after 1pm) and use of your own private golf car to get around the community.
Boat slips are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. Average water depth is 4 feet at low tide.
