Lanai's are located off of the ocean front living room and master bedroom. Listen to your CD's from home on the player provided. The Valley Isle Resort is located just seven miles north of the historic whaling capital of Lahaina in West Maui. Centrally located at the heart of Kahana, you can unwind as you swim and snorkel in the warm ocean, or just relax on your ocean front lanai overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the convenience of walking to dining, shopping, activities and beach rentals. Condo offers free WIFI.
Front row seats for whale watching! The Humpback Whale season starts its 6-8 week Migration to Maui from Alaska in the Fall! Here are some interesting whale facts:
•Whales swim to Maui from Alaska, spend the whole winter here to mate and give birth, then swim back and don't eat the whole time!
•Whales' lungs are the size of a Volkswagen!
•Whales' babies, born here on Maui, grow at a rate of 100 pounds a day!

April 15, 2019: Deb N. fro Littleton, CO says: The condo unit is very comfortable and has a fantastic view. It is well stocked and was a perfect place for us to stay. Will definitely be back again. Will definitely use Chase "N Rainbows in the future for other stays on Maui".

Mar 18, 2019: Sue Jay from Iowa says: Amazing ocean view from condo! would stay here again even though the unit is somewhat outdated. Would suggest that an inventory be done after each booking as the hair dryer was missing from the unit and we had to purchase one. Previous renter had accidentally taken it home with them and returned to the office a few days later. Not a big deal- just a suggestion. 8th floor was great to stay on since the ocean views were amazing.

VALLEY ISLE RESORT: Resort Commercial Building Project Update as of 3/11/19:
Planning for the rebuilding of the health club, the porte cochere, the lobby, and the walkway to the high-rise is underway. Here is an estimated timeline:
•Commence Construction (proposed start date - pending permitting approval process): Aug 1, 2019
•Complete construction estimated completion date: end of May 2020
Beach access at the Valley Isle Resort may be closed from time to time due to ocean and swell conditions. Sandbags have been installed along the shoreline.
Scheduled water shut downs 9am to 1pm on the following dates:
