Remodeled, very clean, with ocean views from this penthouse (12th floor) condo on the ocean in Kahana. Four guests maximum please. Enjoy ocean views on the lanai off of the living room and master bedroom. Watch your DVD's from home on the 46 inch flat screen TV with a Sony play station in the living room. An answering machine can take your calls while you are out enjoying the island. Wake up to the sound of the waves or to the coconut palms swaying in the trade winds. Bring your laptop and enjoy free DSL or wireless internet access. Guest bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower, no tub. No oven in Kitchen.

Stay dates: 11/20/18 – 11/25/18: "Beautiful condo with modern accommodations and nice decor. Great kitchen and dining space. Absolutely gorgeous ocean views. This condo is ocean front, enjoyed hearing the crashing sounds of the ocean all night. Pretty quiet during the day as well. Easy access in and out since this condo is directly in front of the elevators. Wasn’t bothered by any noise at all. Clean and well stocked with linens. Only wish the bed/pillows were more comfortable. Walking distance to shops, Maui Brewing Company, Mc Donald’s, general store. Excellent value!" - Megan N.
VALLEY ISLE RESORT: Resort Commercial Building Project Update as of 3/11/19:
Planning for the rebuilding of the health club, the porte cochere, the lobby, and the walkway to the high-rise is underway. Here is an estimated timeline:
•Commence Construction (proposed start date - pending permitting approval process): Aug 1, 2019
•Complete construction estimated completion date: end of May 2020
Beach access at the Valley Isle Resort may be closed from time to time due to ocean and swell conditions. Sandbags have been installed along the shoreline.
Scheduled water shut downs 9am to 1pm on the following dates:
