Featuring ocean views from both the roof top deck, and the pool deck, this newly constructed home (June 2020) features five bedrooms with five full baths, new saltwater pool and some of the best amenities on the island.
Currently under construction (2020), 4 on 36th Avenue will soon be a truly spectacular, warm and inviting home. The house will feature the best that new construction has to offer from gorgeous tile work and fixtures in each bathroom, to an entertainment kitchen with room for the family to gather while the chefs are at work. Best yet, will be the elevated private pool deck, which will provide plenty of seating and ocean views.
Your family will be delighted to discover the two living areas, one located on each floor equipped with the latest in technology and the best televisions. Extras in the house will include games for the family such as ping pong. The home will be professionally decorated with an emphasis on capturing the beauty of the island within the furnishings of the home. Hours and hours will be spent on the roof top deck as well as the private saltwater pool. Best yet, the beach access path can be found just across Palm Boulevard from 4 on 36th Avenue.
After a day on the beach and the saltwater pool, you will welcome each night at 4 on 36th Avenue. The first level will feature a spacious family room and dining room, that will be great for entertaining your family. The dining area plans highlight a table that will provide seating for twelve with additional seating on the porch dining area. The kitchen will be beautiful with top-quality stainless-steel appliances, bright white cabinetry, Wolf Range, two dishwashers and granite countertops. The bright shiplap will perfectly balance with the wood flooring throughout the great room, family room, kitchen and all bedrooms.
Two bedrooms will be located on the main floor. On the east side of the home, a king guest bedroom can be found with a full bath. The southwest side will feature the master bedroom with a king bed and a wonderful master bathroom.
The second level will feature three bedrooms and a family room overlooking the elevated pool deck. A second master bedroom will feature a king bed with a private bath. The kids’ room will feature four twin beds including 1 bunk bed sharing a bath with the final bedroom that has a queen bed (murphy).
