“Beach Happy” at 3 Beachwood East on the Isle of Palms is perfect for getting away from it all with family and friends in search of a vacation that will make everyone happy. Located only three houses away from the beach, “Beach Happy” features four bedrooms, nearly 3,000 square feet, three and a half bathrooms, ocean views from the upper decks, reversed floor plan and is only 40 yards from the beach access path that opens directly onto the Island’s beautiful beach. The large backyard provides privacy and the perfect place to play or relax. Outdoor living at its best can be found on two elevated decks as well as two spacious screen porches in front of the home and one in back, each furnished with comfortable seating. Sunrise to sunset, the outdoor areas at “Beach Happy” at 3 Beachwood East are fantastic!
The kitchen and each bathroom at “Beach Happy” have been updated. The kitchen is spacious and features many upgraded appliances plus beautiful tile work and cabinetry. Located on the top floor, the kitchen has direct access to an open deck with ocean peeks. The living room is also featured on the top floor. With its vaulted ceiling, many windows, and direct access to two open decks, the living room is spacious as well as wonderful. From reliving your perfect beach day to watching the game on the large screen television, the living room at “Beach Happy” is a happy place to be. The dining room is between the kitchen and living area and has seating for six.
Four bedrooms are featured on the first level of, “Beach Happy”at 3 Beachwood East. Two bedrooms, including the master, are highlighted with a king bed and direct access to a screen porch. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Finally, the kids room has four beds. Two Full/Twin bunk beds make this the perfect place for the children or grandchildren. The kids might not want to ever leave their bedroom.
“Beach Happy” at 3 Beachwood East is only 2 short blocks from the Grand Pavilion that features a two oceanfront pools, beach bar, beach café, ice cream shop and a fine dining restaurant at the foot of the Boardwalk in the Boardwalk Inn. Adjacent to the Grand Pavilion is the Village at Wild Dunes. The Village features the Sand and Sea Spa, Hudson’s Market, Fitness Room, and shopping. 3 short blocks away is the Wild Dunes Sports Pavilion. The Tennis Center, Swim Center and Conference Center is located here. The Harbor Golf Course Pro-shop is also located in the Sports Pavilion.
