14 Heron is a great house for the whole family to enjoy. Located on the corner of North Forest Beach and Heron Street, you are only a few steps to the sand. Enjoy your meals in the gourmet kitchen, featuring a large island and eating bar all open to the dining room and living room. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and large seating area. Off of the living room is the pool deck and patio. Enjoy swimming in this private pool deck with spa, grill, and dining table for 6. Also on the main floor is a bathroom with access to the pool deck and laundry room. The master bedroom completes the main floor with king bed, daybed with trundle, and private bath.
The 2nd floor has 5 additional bedrooms, all with large flat-screen TVs. At the top of the stairs to the right is the 2nd master bedroom with king bed, sleeper sofa and private bath and Jacuzzi tub. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms with king beds, private baths, and flat screen TVs. The other two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king bed; the other has a set of bunk beds with a trundle and a queen bed. The home also has a large game room with ping-pong table, lots of seating, and a flat-screen TV off of the garage. The game room is the perfect place for the kids to gather as well. All you need to bring is a bathing suit and golf clubs, because 14 Heron provides beach towels and hairdryers.
