CASA AMIGA is a brand new construction home that features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and a fantastic location-just a 10 minute stroll to the White sandy beaches of BEAN POINT on the coveted north end of Anna Maria. Less than 5 minutes walk to Pine Ave where you can grab your morning coffee, take the kids for ice cream or shop til you drop! This lovely property offers a private heated pool with a spa, The backyard is an oasis with BBQ grill, tropical landscaping, huge covered section and lots of space to hang out. The large outdoor space features outdoor dining and a lounge area where your group can catch the game on the big screen outdoor TV
This home will be professionally decorated and features all brand new furnishings and stainless steel appliances. You will absolutely love the open floor plan on the main living level and deck that overlooks the pool and tropical backyard. During you stay the most difficult decisions you'll have to make are should you relax and spend time at your private pool or walk over to the white sandy beaches? It's a tough life on Anna Maria Island!
This home can comfortably accommodate a group of 10 in beds: 2 king beds, one queen, a double bunk and a pull out couch -with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy while spending quality time together under one roof-this home is ideal for multiple families. Traveling with little ones? We know you'll be back and forth to and from the beach a LOT! This house has a pack and play, high chair and lots of beach and pool toys. Too many luxury amenities to list them all.
